There are no returns or exchanges on any item unless it is dead upon arrival. Most Sharper Image Air Purifiers have 1 year warranties that they provide. Should you experience any problems with your item they will fix it or replace it free of charge. Any other item is sold "as is". The buyer pays all costs associated with shipping the item back to the seller. There is a $10 cancellation fee for any orders that are canceled before shipment.
